Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on product weight and destination.

Order Tracking

After dispatch, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Tracking becomes active within 24–48 hours.

Customs & Duties

International customers are responsible for duties, taxes, or import fees depending on their location.

Return Policy

Eligibility Window

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

Return Conditions

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unused
  • In original packaging
  • In the same condition as received

Salt products are natural items; variations in color, texture, or pattern are not considered defects.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or damaged items
  • Customized or special-order items
  • Clearance or final-sale products

Return Process

  1. Contact us at orders@himalayansaltbrick.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.
  3. Once we receive and inspect your item, we’ll issue a refund or replacement.

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged product), we cover the return shipping.
  • If the return is due to buyer preference, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Refund Processing Time

Refunds are processed within 3–7 business days after inspection.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Damaged or Lost Items

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, notify us immediately. We will investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund.

Return Exception Policy:

Our Himalayan salt products are handcrafted, natural, and inherently fragile. To maintain product quality and ensure fair handling, the following return exceptions apply:

1. Natural Variations Are Not Considered Defects

Himalayan salt products naturally vary in:

  • Color
  • Texture
  • Veins and patterns
  • Minor surface irregularities

These natural variations are normal and not eligible for returns or replacements.

2. Minor Chips & Rough Edges

Due to the crystalline nature of salt, small edge chips, micro-cracks, or rough surfaces may occur during manufacturing or transit. These do not affect performance and are not grounds for a return.

3. Moisture-Related Changes

Salt absorbs moisture. The following are not returnable:

  • Slight dampness
  • Small salt shedding or flaking
  • Surface whitening (from humidity)

These are expected characteristics of natural salt.

4. Heat-Related Changes

Cooking blocks, tiles, and plates may:

  • Darken
  • Crack slightly
  • Develop heat lines

These are normal when heated according to usage guidelines and not considered defects.

5. Non-Returnable Product Types

The following products cannot be returned due to their fragile nature:

  • Himalayan salt blocks & tiles
  • Salt cooking plates
  • Salt lamps & salt lamp rocks
  • Salt bowls, glasses, cups
  • Salt massage stones
  • Salt detox domes

Only items damaged beyond use during delivery are eligible for a claim.

6. Eligibility for Claims

We accept a claim ONLY if:

  • The product arrives broken into multiple pieces,
  • The product is completely unusable,
  • The damage occurred during shipping, and
  • Proof is provided (clear photos of packaging + product).

7. Claim Window

Customers must report shipping damage within 48 hours of delivery, along with photos and the order number.

8. Resolution Options

If your claim is approved, we offer:

  • A free replacement, OR
  • Store credit of equal value
